That's some good going matey! That place is a goldmine for great albums, especially if they're promos.

      I've just ordered:
Angel House - The Gun, The Love and The Cross (greatest rock band you've never heard of!)
      Cathedral - Caravan Beyond Redemption
The Death of Her Money - Spirit of the Stairwell

and I still have £30 to spend in HMV. Man, I hate their shit selection.

Also went shopping for food for the first time in about a month. Items purchased included salami, Hula Hoops, three different types of bread and cream. Well, you did ask...

      How exactly does that work?

Also, on a culinary note, I'm considering buying a tagine dish as a gift for someone. Anyone ever used one? Are they worth the money?

    • You put plain roasted peanuts in the top and it crushes them, they come out the bottom as peanut butter. The oil from the nuts is enough, don't need to add any more. It rules
    • mambamamba
    • I saw that on Something For The Weekend. It looked pretty cool (apart from the fact I hate peanuts).
    • JackJack
    • can use cashew nuts too, though they only like the smooth setting
    • mambamamba

My housemate has one, I have no idea how it works but it looks like a tiny wigwam.

I bought a Glassjaw ticket for Manchester on the 24th, then Adam told me they were terrible live. Balls.

Thought i was the only person in the world who didn't like peanuts etc. :O

I've spent most of my life happily avoiding most types of nuts, i gave up last year though as products like Milk tray, which i get bought me every xmas contain many items with nuts in and i got frustrated with the lack of non nuts items so thought fuck it and just ate them all, still don't see the appeal of most nuts though, including peanuts.
    • mambamamba
    • I've never liked any nuts. Although I've discovered that I quite like pistachios and almonds are tolerable, as long at they're smothered in some sort of chilli coating.
