    • Everyone at works is convinced I have swine flu (although if it is swine flu then it's rubbish) so I'm off work. As such, I shall be hitting Steam and GOG.com for some reasonably priced, downloadable gaming goodness.

    • I had Swine Flu late July , believe me, you wouldn't be posting on a forum.
      I spent 13 agonising hours unable to leave bed at all and I never get ill..
      My legs ached and throbbed as if someone was trying to break them , I couldn't stop shivering violently despite wearing my clothes , a coat and 2 duvets , I was hallucinating and couldn't tell when I was awake or asleep and I didn't eat any food for 36 hours.
      It's the most scared / ill I have felt since I was a child.
      You probably have a cold.

      Yeah, I think they all just panicked and told me not to come in. All I feel is groggy and my stomach's very delicate. I did have a 3 day headache but that's gone now but I'm still exiled to my home for at least another day.

      Cheers, only working a 3 day week next week anyway as I've got tour from Thursday onwards, and a week off after that finishes. I just feel a bit guilty as we're really short staffed as it is.

      Don't go to the doctor with flu like symptoms, you're likely contagious. Ring NHS Direct instead etc.
