   • Sop last week went to hospital with what the doctors suspect is a stomach ulcer. That was not fun and got have loads of test done... Also no coffee, booze, spicey food etc and tablets the size of horse tranquillizers... Fun!
     Then yesterday and night before was off with the worst headach I've ever had which made me throw up...
     I'm a broken man I think.

   • Do you suffer from stress Tim...that can be pretty debilitating physically. When I get stressed I get terrible back and shoulder aches that sometimes make it difficult to breathe. The stomach is often the first thing to go when you're stressed. I have to say though, you always strike me as a pretty mellow and together kind of dude.

     For a nice healthy drink, try some South African Redbush tea (well we call it Rooibos) - it's really good for you and caffeine free.

     I had the pleasure of finding a lump in the old nutsack whilst on holiday a few weeks back. Had to go for an ultrasound when I got home (actually a rather pleasant experience with two female nurses). Luckily it's all fine and nothing to worry about but yes...
