   • Been mega busy past few weeks, head's all over the shop and been neglecting the weekend thread. Work's mental, new system, redundancies and a 4 day week coming in. Then there's the pregant wife and trying to get the house ready for jr, even though it's 5 months away.

     Friday - A quiet night in, finish wine, play COD:WAW, might knock one out, early night to prepare myself for
     
     Saturday - Big shop in the morning, then off to Sheffield in the afternoon with 3 chums for drinkingtons in the dev cat with the sheffield massive, and the mighty CLUTCH at the corp. Gig of the year ahoy
     
     Sunday - Raging hangover, feel sorry for myself

     My little fingers get no posting action, ever!
     
     I'm gonna leave this world in a very short while and ring GK up to arrange to get my arm rest fixed, they were supposed to be ringing me twice now about it and haven't. Then i'm goona go and strim the grass so i can actually get in my car without getting nettled, or thistled. Then i'm off to beddy byes until work tonight.
     
     Tomorrow i'm gonna see a band called clutch and drink too much beer.
     
     That's all my plans for the next few days.

    • I plan to mainly stay home and do some gardening (propping up new plants with bamboo) all very therapeutic! Collect eggs from my neighbour's chickens while they are at Download. The chickens are called Sabbath, Trouble and Cheer (as in blue...)
      
      Will be going to the Gaff Saturday evening for some Alabaster Suns, Dead Existence etc.

    • Had a couple of great days up in Merseyside with the lady, superhappy mood only dampened slightly by some scallies smashing a window on my car.
      
      Saw Clutch, who were pretty damn awesome, and somehow managed to drive home with 5 people in my car!
      
      Even managed to do a successful shopping trip this afternoon and a couple of drinks with friends. So yeah, mostly good weekend.

      Very nice to meet you young lady and thank you kindly for the drink... I sloped away to the party I was meant to go to towards the end of alabaster suns (or as I now call them all the good bits in mastadon.Was a fun show. Mother trucker have come along way since I saw them sound really great now.

    • totally enjoyed clutch gig, then made up for lack of drinking while bands were on by gradually making my way onto Jager & coke's. Stayed in corp til end as per usual, woke up stupidly early on sunday without a headache but other hangover symptoms. Didn't really get out of bed all day, now suffering due to too much sleep yesterday and only 4 hours this morning.
      
      currently listening to Coalesce on myspace whilst deciding whether to go or not on wednesday, RSP as support so there's an extra incentive. .
