   • Sweet, I never got to see this. there's a story here. Our label at the time Godhead wanted us (Nero Circus) and Acrimony to do videos for tracks off our albums. They brought a video crew over from Italy at great expense and spent a couple of days shotting our videos. We'd gone to loads of trouble and got loads of props for ours and story boards. The crew turned up in Swansea and asked the Acrimony boys what they wanted to do and they didn't have a clue so they said they'd paint themselves purple and fuck about in a graveyard!!! Their video was awesome and our was shit. there's a lesson to be learned there!!!

   • Oddly enough the only copy I have is on VHS and is an early cut of it that we asked them to change as it had bizarre footage of spiders and lizards in it...fuck knows where that came from. I don't have a copy of the finished thing, the old guitarist may have one so I'll ask him.
     
     I have to say the Acrimony album was also far better than ours...though ours did sound ok at the time.

   • They were almost certainly stoned off their boxes while they were doing it. They turned up to do a gig in Plymouth with us once, they opened the back of their van and all they had were a whole bunch of people, 3 guitars, a massive bong and a thick clowd of blue smoke.
     
     Good times.

    • After one gig we did with them in Plymouth with the label boss over from Italy he wondered up as we were packing away and declared he had signed the best two bands in England...utter silence, you could hear a pin drop as they were fiercely Welsh. They all glared at him, he started looking nervous and the bassist just said very quietly "I don't think you wanted to say that did you Karl?" Poor sod looked like he was going to shit himself as he was about 4 foot 6 and Mead was about 6 foot 5!!!

    • I saw Acrimony with Cathedral in Harlesden at the old mean fiddler. Then I copped off with this girl from college and shagged her for all of about 1 minute (and that's probably exaggerating) that's where don in 60 seconds comes from.
      
      So yeah, acrimony hold a special place in my heart.

    • Played some shows with Acrimony on the first album when I was v.young, they all stayed at my flat for three days in Brighton, then Pompey and London I think, and not even kidding, all I can add is that it was a lot of fun, they were very nice and smoked huge amounts of weed... sorry!!
