    • Brant Bjork called his latest album Punk Rock Guilt after Josh Homme made an off-hand comment (which I suppose you could say I just did, heh) about him, saying that he would make the rest of Kyuss feel guilty of not being underground or punk if they liked something that wasn't 100% underground integrity.
      
      I thought it applied here. So what if he presented a couple of TV shows? He's a still a great entertainer, you don't have to like everything he's ever done. I wouldn't personally watch any of the TV rubbish he's done, but I'll sure as hell try and catch his stand up show and listen to My War. Sorry for the rant.

      Personally I think everything he's ever done is crap be it underground , mainstream , channel 5 or whatever.
      I don't see what the big hype is about him. He's not as intellectual or witty as he / his fans seem to think he is , he wasn't the best singer in Black Flag ( who are also nauseatingly overrated as a band ) and I didn't enjoy any of the stuff they wrote with him in the band.
      But that's just like my opinion dude

      I love Henry Rollins but I never quite understood why some of his hardcore fans put him down as some sort of genius. He’s very entertaining but intellectual? Oooh, nah.
      
      I’m surprised the whole spoken word thing hasn’t taken off for other people too. Imagine going to see Lemmy or David Lee Roth just chatting about the hilarious scrapes they’ve got themselves into, there must be a few quid in that surely?
      
      Anyway got my ticket for Cardiff so I’m happy.

      the flag with rollins are the greatest... fact.
      cadena wernt bad, morris - shit. even though the songs were good. didnt like circle jerks either.
      i missed the flag by 2 days in 86...
