skrewdriver you mean?
Mark Radcliffe was a member too before they became full blown white power mentalists.
First album is actually a really good punk album.

Yeah they were basically saying that when they saw them they never realized that they serious with the racist stuff, they kind of thought the swastikas were being used much like the way they were with punks in the 70's. Then they got talking to fans and kind of got the mental vibe after that. They were saying those gigs were bloody mental
re Kev, i'm not big on knowledge of 80's films as until i'd almost finished school i'd not watched that many apart from the obvious ones - only recently got around to watching rocky, rambo etc, spent most of my days as a kid on the C64, Amiga, or playing outside! It's only these last few years my film collection has grown to a decent size.
Was going to reply to a post from podge from last week but i see i've been PM'ed.
I'm getting increasingly frustrated by the lack of gigs when i've got no plans, i've barely been to any gigs this year, when stuff happens i've either got other plans or i'm at work doing a crappy shift, plus there's the odd time lately when i've failed to wake up due to working the previous night and been overly tired, perhaps my feng shui or whatever's topsy turvy.
The reason i'm here today is what i've just seen on facebook, RSP playing Leeds on friday - a tribute gig for Andrew Baldwin, didn't know the guy apart from the giveaway photo on facebook - he was the guy cossaking at the Brudenell last year at the all dayer. I'd love to see RSP one last time but, yep, i've got work. bum.
interesting. they sounds like a good night on the piss.
yeah, hindsight's always 20/20 on these kind of things i guess. i've seen photos of later skrewdriver gigs and they look like a wall of cunts beating the shit out of each other.
i hear good things about the first album, but it doesn't stop em being a bunch of dicks.
Oh it was agreed they are/were a bunch of nobends, its was also suggested that Suggs may not have had much choice about working for the band, kind of forced maybe. However I still hate Suggs
Yeah check for line closures... dude I might be sorting a semi regular acoustic night down the birds nest with Cecile I will of course hook you up bro.
Am soi gutted though was singing spaceman song on the way to the studio yesterday...
Bad thing as well was I was already half cut as I'd been drinking bourbon doing vocals so was well in the mood for going out. I got into London at 10pm... boo!
Several things here sound good. Me and Adam worked out his drums for two new songs today, tis sounding good! Let me know about potential acoustic night - I've met some awesome folk folks lately.
Yeah will do and I will get that shirt in the post chap sorry been busy then ill this week. Spent all yesterday in bed ill.
Anyway this weekend is my ladies birthday so I'm under her comand.
I am also under my lady's command this weekend as I've not spent long indoors since coming back off tour. Played an awesome gig in Southampton last night that ended with two of us belting out Jimmy Eat World's 'Praise Chorus' on the pavement as the local rock club emptied out it's freshers.
