They're often cheaper, or get a single to york then get a single to london, they tend to rape you over long distances, if you either do some rummaging on thetrainline.com or go and ask at the boro ticket office, I bet you can get a cheaper deal, I saved something like 20 quid getting back from Brum a few months ago by buying two singles.

     Yeah got 10 bands to get through sorry your on so early Don, may end up being later than that... but hopefully get the time worked out soon. Just don't want to stick a non London band on first.

   • I could get the bus down for a tenner to London from boro if I dont mind a 6 hour journey. It arrives at 2pm lol
     Starting from Darlo saves me a pound haha.
     I might drive down to see the olds in the ford the night before then get the train from Grantham or summat.
     Its 19 quid down (get there at 1:16) and then 19 quid back again the next day which is much better, plus I get to see my Mum and Dad for more than 10 minutes cos im not working haha

      I won't drive in London and you know how I loves me driving
      I just park up on the edge at Stanmore Station then tube it in.
      
      Its ok mate I've decided to go see the folks anyway on the Friday and kip over, catch the train down and then kip over (any floorspace anywhere would be appreciated ) Saturday, then train up Sunday then if im not to knackered back to boro Sunday night or monday morning cos I'm not back to work till wednesday
