      Yeah I quite like them too, if they put the best tracks on one album, it would be pretty awesome. St Anger is filled with brilliant riffs, shame there's nothing else going on at all. Still have no idea why they wrote a bunch of songs with no solos, even though they had Kirk Hammett, one of the best metal lead guitarists of the last 20 years sat there going "errrrm, why are there no solos, people will think this is pants". Plus most of the songs could be 1/3 of the length.
      
      Death Magnetic is OK, but doesn't really grab me.
