    • Well, I managed to get a bottle of Yamazaki 10 year while I was down south, back home now, I dared to mix it with ginger ale and drink it with a spliff on the go, and I must say, it is slipping down an absolute treat! Highest recommendations.

the finest sound - outside lady 'funtime' groaning - I've ever heard.

I wouldn't know about that kind of thing.

    • A new recommendation - Bailie Nicol Jarvie, it's a blended from Leith but it's just my thing, salty like Talisker but nice and easy to drink too. I used to love Laphroaig but I found the smokeyness a bit too OTT, moved on to Ardbeg but still oversmoke/peat. Im now all about the slightly salty!

    • I'm currently drinking Gentleman Jack, it's a double filtered version of JD, very nice it is too

    • Admit it Jack, you bought it purely on the name.

    • haha christmas present, but yeah its a good name:D

    • I love the stuff.

I'm with Si, Laphroiag is the whiskey of kings. However it also smells like shitty babies nappies, so not always appreciated by fellow drinkers.

As a man with a dodgy belly, I find cheap scotch and firey Ginger beer is a great drink. Gets you hammered and settles your crazy IBS symptoms.

I also love a whiskey in coffee on on cold weekend morning.

thinking of driving over so I can take my amp home, think it would be easy to park my car round your way? Have to admit crashing over is tempting. I've got a gig to do stuff at on Saturday night so I need to go back to hemel to pick up a projector in the morning

Me too, never got on with malts. Was on Jim Beam last night, 6 shots got me nice and warm and fuzzy which was perfect.
