I'm calling him Keith , it seems to suit.

The Keith I work with is a foul-mouthed lecherous grandad who does very little actual work. I'd like a dog with these qualities.

    • I'm really not feeling this working on Saturday thing after having the summer off.

William Elliott Whitmore was good last night, but a bit of a weird vibe. Whoever's idea it was to make it a seated gig should be shot. And he should sack his new drummer. He's not very good.

I have been advised to write MASTER DOOM on my naked chest and stand in front of Liz Buckingham with a visible sign of arousal… and my hands in the air and my eyes closed.

      I lolled at this!

Finish Him! @ The Gaff last night was awesome! Mild-ish hangover today though, but I think pubbage is in order tonight!! Tomorrow = shopping and new shoes o'clock. My old trainers are more shagged than Michael Jackson's paper-boy.

Steel City Cruisers custom car show today at Outo Kumpu, lots of awesome cars to drool over, none of the boy racer rubbish that you get at Donny car show!

    • can't go wrong with a curry, some bhajis and some basmati.
be wary of Naan breads , all but the cheapest ones have milk or yoghurt in them.
Failing that just replace the mince in your bolognese / chilli / Sheperd's pie with Realeat mince ( available in Tesco ) it shits on all other vege mince.
Make some homemade garlic breads with them half bake baguettes and your laughing.

    • I had a very excellent weekend. I went to Bristol, Portishead, Bath and Bristol on Avon.

I even got to swim in a lido and hang out with Mazz, who gave a second to none tour of BOA.

      Top class!

Now I am going to start a spiffing new job and I am incredibly nervous.

no probs. It needn't be complicated or expensive.
      Remember ,
      - Sainsburys and Co op label all their products that are vegan whereas other supermarkets jsut label the vege stuff. It saves you scanning ingredient lists.
      - Vitalite is vegan and Pure is a good vegan margarine too and you can cook with both
-The 'own brand' supermarket soya milks are better than the expensive brands which tend to be too rich.
      - Alpro cream and yoghurt are fine for cooking or desserts
      - Swedish Glace is a great non-dairy ice cream and will impress any vegan ( maybe with one of those fruit strudels you can cook from frozen - some are vegan )
      - all vegans like chocolate bourbon biscuits
      - check vege stock cubes as some contain milk.
      - All Vegan cheese is pretty awful but if you have to use some get the melting Mozzarella type from Holland and Barrett.

I don't know, I go away to think of some good ideas and when I get back Kev's rendered me irrelevant. :(
