I saw batamn begins in Spanish and it seemed pretty good.
I whole heartedly recommend Dark knight as a must see movie.

I am now watching Crimson Tide.
Another brilliant movie, It's better than Hunt for Red October.
Crimson Tide may not have Sean Connery in but its still brilliant.
Both arn't a patch on Das Boot though.

    • I accidentally broke the vhs / tv combo in work but dont tell my boss .
I had 2 series of stella street on vhs and it chewed fuck out of series 1. I told her it broke when I tried to watch her copy of Big Lebowski.
I need to find a replacement tv / vcr thing very soon , 12 hour shifts in there are no joke with no windows , no fresh air , no other staff and surrounded by prosthetic penises.
Radio 4 still works thank fudge.

I've got one you can borrow. It's massive though so it may not be any good but I'm not using it. I'd need it back though.

It certainly doesnt happen often..... Jon Fitch what a fucking heart!! i thought GSP was just going to walk through him.. but he definitely had some balls... GSP Vs BJ Penn should be wicked..... good to see Lesner doing some good smashing.. the mans an animal although he did look a bit lost when he had Herring on the deck... definitely some good rucks.. 12 second knockout for 'The Anvil' was a shocker too

      That's wrong.

Thought it was great. Pretty well written and really well performed.

I've got a vcr I can send your way if you want.
It just keeps dust off the top of my telly, I never use it but I'm pretty sure it still works.

Yeah, Fitch is no pushover for sure. Just couldn't cope with GSPs intensity. I thought Lesnar was impressive. His wrestling background was a big advantage in controlling Herring. He dominated him. I reckon if he works on his BJJ and transitioning on the ground he'll be unstopable.
I didn't see Emerson vs Gamburian but, I was surprised at the result. I don't rate Emerson really. Reckon he just got lucky. But, that's the sport sometimes.
The Florian vs Huerta fight was the one I was looking forward to most and it didn't disappoint. Ken-Flo is ten times the fighter now than he was on TUF1. Looks like he'll not get a shot at BJ Penn any time soon though if BJ moves up to 170 to face GSP.

Very kind of you (especially as I've never me the man Laddeth ).
Would like to take you up on the offer of the TV Mike , when you're not busy.
Can't take a massive TV / VCR Jen as it has to fit under the grotty counter.
      Thanks though.

    • Hellboy 2: The Golden Army

Quite good. Quite predictable. Actress playing the princess was quite bad. Use of The Eels song 'Beautiful Freak' was quite cheesy. But, I still quite liked it.

    • The Dark Knight (at last, totally awesome. The Joker has some genuinely scary mannerisms and I concur with the posthumous Oscar thing)
The Bourne Identity (never seen these before, loved it)
    • 90dayman90dayman
    • I thought The Dark Knight was good but, I don't get all the hype. I should watch it again to judge better but, a posthumous Oscar for Heath Ledger might be a bit schmalzy. But it is Hollywood so, you couldn't rule it out.
I thought Iron Man was better than The Dark Knight. Didn't take itself too seriously.

Same here. Was never really going to live up to that much hype really though.

Just watched the first few episodes of Entourage, and was pleasantly surprised.

    • Being me i will probably watch it in a few months when it comes out on dvd. There was an option to watch it last week but i'd have probably fell asleep.

I have a slight plan to watch Mr Brooks later tonight.

    • I watched a documentary about vaginas.

It wasn't great but it was mildly interesting.
