   • First home match of the season v Northampton Town. Afterwards is a toss up between the gig at the stockroom or a mate's bbq type thing. Given the lack of sleep i've had this morning it'll probably be the latter. Being quite lame lately regarding going to gigs, but i am going to manchester on monday to see pearl jam for the first time.

    • The weatherman predicts it will be 30 degrees in London town tomorrow, so I have taken the day as annual leave and am going to go for a swim in the ponds on Hampstead Heath. So there.

      I will indeed take some pictures soon... we didn't manage to get it all done... so next monday get it finished and if he had time re do a bit of the one on my leg.

    • I had my first ever migraine this morning about 20 mins before i was due to finish work. I was facing the department up and my vision went blurred and i had what i have since found to be an aura. I felt quite dizzy and while i was driving home (fortunately it was 7am so the roads were fairly quiet and i was able to take it steady) i couldn't see the person who was sat at the side of me. No headache though. I put it down to a combination of not much sleep over the last few days, too much caffiene and being stressed out at work last night.
      
      Slept for a decent 7 hours today, woke up naturally, now i still feel quite tired and not quite with it in my head, but my eye sight is pretty much normal.

    • I got back last night from my holiday. Flew over to Spain last wednesday, where I met up with my parents and my sis, spent 3 days chilling on the beach and eating. Saturday got on dads motobike loaded with all our gear, spent a day riding out of Spain in 30+ degree heat into France, arriving at a family friends chalet in the Pyreneas, we had bats flying past us on the roads, awesome. Spent another few days riding lovely roads in France, until we got back to the ferry yesterday. I'm now back in Cornwall until Sunday.

      1300+ miles covered all together, 8 mosquito bites, several awesome french meals, no accidents

      Tonight- Band practise with a sitar player... yes I'm gonna have a track with sitar on my next record... I'm a true hippy now.
      Tomorrow- make the lady a breakfast burtio and laze round...
      Sunday- do e-mail etc... maybe go to the windmill to see the dharma bums.

    • Back at work now, after a few days in Cornwall, good times. Friday out in Truro with mates ended in sitting on plastic cows, then I was out on saturday at a party our neighbours we're having for their daughters 21st where the theme was fancy dress begining with A. I was an Arab. Our neighbour there has a vineyard so we drank a lot of their new sparking wine which is very nice! Another late night and a walk back with the other neighbors daughter led for interesting times
