     Weekend:
     
     Today: work, get in a van, stink it out with farts. Play gig. Stay at someones house and show it huge amounts of respect.
     
     Tomorrow: cry at my hangover, eat awesome lovingly prepared food, play gig, drink, get upset that rock sity isn't as good as it used to be. Stay at Chris's. Slip him one in gratitude.
     
     Rest of week: Nothing! I'm off work! Well, I dod have a skip coming monday morning. That will mean I have to to do some moving of crap into a skip type work. Other than that. All good.

   • I'm officially off work for a week now. I've also just realised that the holiday that i've booked off in march is just outside the holiday year and at morrisons holidays left over aren't carried over so it means i've lost 5 days from 2008, and lose 5 days from 2009 after just one week
     
     I have one or two things to do today in preparation for tomorrow, i need to hunt out some smart clothes, and buy a wedding card and gift voucher. May also be having a couple of beers in the evening with the groom before his big day.
     
     Fortunately i'm only going to the wedding reception tomorrow so i'll be able to attend Saltergate in the afternoon for a game of soccer against Barnet, which i hope we win and rise to the dizzy heights of 10th in the table.

   • match was typical yesterday, absolutely dire first half to the worst away side in the division. 2nd half we improved and got an equalisier but didn't do well enough to get all three points.
     
     Wedding was a good night, and i even sang Shiny, Happy People on the karaoke. I was going to follow it up with Daughter by Pearl Jam, Saturday night at the movies by the drifters but unfortunately the dj was due to pack up.
     
     I'm knackered today, was gonna watch cup final at pub but instead i'm listening to the villa stoke game in my boxers.

     I went for a ride, my rear mech fell apart on the first run so I had to get the chain tool out and convert my bike to singlespeed which worked well enough for a few hours then on the last run my chain device fell apart haha I did manage a wallride to drop, some of the north shore wooden stuff, cleanly made it through one of the sets of trails, did my fastest runs of the dual course yet and managed to get in a tasty whip. Good days riding!

    • I'm having a relaxing sort of a day today, had 5 days of drinking starting with friday so i'm pretty drained now. I'm resuming tomorrow though as my mate is over from lincolnshire, he's got his theory test at 1.30 and we're meeting at 2.30 for drinks and pool. It's also his birthday friday so that's another night out.
      
      I went on facebook when i got in last night and could tell something was up at work, turns out our general manager has a brain tumour and they've told him he's got 2 months to live
