     8.00am - wave woman out of flat, return to sleep.
     9.30 - 11.00am - look at a whole mess of net-bongo.
     11.00 - 12.30pm - question what i have become and stare at myself in the mirror...hating.
     12.30 - 7.00pm - chill
     7.00 - 7.35pm - tantrum
     7.35 - 12.00am - rock

     8:30 - 12:00: Drinking & Crying.
