     Amen to that, saw them in '86 (with Huw Lloyd Langton still on guitar) and 90' or 91'...awesome band.
     
     
     
     They're still well worth paying to see. Their show at the Astoria in December 2003 still ranks as one of the very best gigs I've ever seen, anywhere.

     When I saw them in York the support band were dealing acid from their merch stand...didn't partake myself but the hawkwind set pretty much fucked up 3 of my mates, one went into a trance and just rocked back and forth on the balcony and two others had to stand outside and wait for us as they couldn't handle it!!!
