- i'm writing "let me touch him" and "touch the leper" for my christian rock band, crusader's sacrement...i worked out a generic middle of the road chord structure for "i can feel his love (inside of me)" and wrote the lyrics as well.
  
  i have also crafted some tasty riffs that i will sandwich together and tender it to the k-resh fellas next time we're meeting.

  when i go back to the rock (mum's house on the island) i usually have a look through the god channel and there's invaribly some podgy tit with his eyes closed waving his arms around and wailing about jesus killing a shark or scoring a soccer goal. i thought, i could do that and it took me about 5 minutes to write.

  oh well, i much prefer traditional hymnal too. my favourite is probably "tell out my soul" based on the magnificat - mary's speech to the holy spirit and maybe "the lord is my shepherd" from the wicker man.
  
  i was planning on recording mano, sacrement and the beef all together and then making the ensuing mess an extremely limited edition 3-way split. maybe ensure a copy gets into the hands of a church group and go and do one of those big conventions.
