      Sweat Leaf
21st Century Schizoid Man - King Crimson
Back in Black - AC/DC (though to be fair you could have almost any riff from the Bon Scott era)
Tush - ZZ Top (or No Class by Motorhead, sam riff)
      Heartbreaker - Ked Zep
You Really Got Me - The Kinks

      ...I give up

    • Good thread!

The riff that had the biggest effect on my was Kyuss - Thumb. Holy shit!

Metallica - Blackened really gets me going for some reason.

      Best riff?

Kashmir has to be up there, it's pretty amazing, yeah. Even without Puff Daddy.

Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and Symptom of the Universe rule.

I agree with a lot of the other choices listed here, Hocus Pocus and Sweetleaf etc...

    • Another one of my favorites is...

      Handsome: Thrown Away

All of the riffs in this tune are immense. Especially the chorus. :lips:
    • J ParkerJ Parker
    • Great to have a Handsome mention, what a band, and that's clearly their best song, so heavy in the verse, so epic in the chorus
