     You'd think wouldn't you as it's Desertscene and they know us, it's our home town and there are no other decent bands in Plymouth but seeing as we're the most ignored band down here it looks unlikely.

   • Mind you, it's a Monday night in Plymouth...not a good night by any means. Weedeater apparently only pulled in around 50 people on a Monday night in a club that holds around 700!!! I'm not even sure we're allowed to play the White Rabbit after our drummer made one of the guys who runs it cry when he pointed out they have no idea how to run a club and rip people off for the price of drinks!!!
     
     I wonder if it would even be worth the hassle of getting our drummer down from Taunton for this as it'll probably bomb.

   • Could instill a little confidence in Desertscene, they do put on a great gig, hopefully Plymouth will be the same. White Rabbit is the place my Cornish mates head to see gigs in the South West

   • The Rabbit itself isn't a terrible venue from what I can gather...we haven't played there in 4 years as they royally dicked us around the last time we played but apparently they've done it up a bit and moved the stage. They tend to get a lot of hardcore /punk gigs which are well attended but I'm not sure Mondays are a good one unless it's a really big band. They tend to stick the same shitty support on for all the metal shows as the people who run it play in a band and nab half the supports.
     
     If Desertscene are responsible for the supports I'd be a bit bummed if they didn't at least ask us...we can actually pull a few people in Plymouth.

      Yeah caught me at a bad time...Monday morning!!! Mind you, 17 years of playing in and around Plymouth has taught me a thing or two...mostly cynicism!!
