      TIM HOLEHOUSE (London)
So Tim Holehouse, who the hell is he? Well, he's the ex-Among the Missing and Soon the Darkness member who swapped screaming with his shirt off for quiet contemplation and acoustic guitars via a world tour last year.
The resultant album, 'From The Dawn Chorus' pushes the americana-blues envelope with great bottleneck sweeps, hurt-blues lyrics and feedback.
Launching the album tonight, Tim plays with a full band.

      Rob Himsef (Hampshire)
Lovley singer song writer with songs about space and history trips...
      www.myspace.com/robhimself

      DIETER SCHOON (Gothenberg, Sweden)
Elegiac melodies, beat-driven drones and dreamy choral passages meet the avant-garde end of techno, 21st century psychedelia, stoned pop and much more besides from a visionary who is too damn hard to pigeonhole.
Gideon Coe on 6 Music is one of a growing number of Schoon's champions and jis new album the entirely eclectic 'Lablaza' is released by Headspin Recordings on 23 March.

      FORMER UTOPIA (London)
Possibly, the only indigenous cockney still remaining in East London and is a genre-hopping songsmith whose happy skronking out furious post-punk and quirky black humoured alt. folk on a raggedy acoustic. He has gigged with Chris Brokaw, The Thalia Zedek band, Swell, MickTurner (Dirty Three) and P.W Long.
