   • go for a walk on your own until your totally exhausted or do something that scares you a lot.
     Even better, go for a bike ride.
     Don't come home till you're very tired , have a beer and go to sleep with radio 4 on very quiet.
     I'm constantly trying to stop mr. depression from taking to the stage , he never goes away but you can sweat the fucker out.

   • I gave up playing for quite a while (actually I pretty much gave up everything) and just went running all the time. That 'sweated the fucker out' a bit.
     The outdoors is always a good place to hang out if there is no one else about. Get out in the country if you can.

     Friday night I watched gardeners world.
     
     Listening to brutal metal whilst gardening rocks my world. I think the plants like it too. The robin's can't get enough.

   • I have strange dreams today, part of the dream was that there was a footpath at the bottom of my garden and i'd realising that all the time i'd lived in the house i'd never been down that path, i knew i'd enjoy it and it looked like a good place to walk and it depressed me that i'd missed something out that was so close to me.
     
     Also part of todays dreams, my house used to have tyrolean on but as we couldn't afford to have pebble dash or anything else we'd put corrogated sheets on the walls, and they were starting to get rusty and fall off. This made me feel ashamed to live there.
     
     I also dreamed it was 5 to 7 so went back to sleep as there was no point attempting to do the rest of my xmas shopping. when eventually i did wake up it was 7pm. - there was no way it'd woke up and looked at the clock 5 minutes earlier.
