This is the most emotionless drivel i've heard in a long time... Poor man's Attack Attack about 4 minutes in to the video - mishy mashy cack of the highest order!

Hi Mike, I'm the singer of TSE, thanks for taking the time to review our album. The production is VERY clean/sterile (we recorded it in a bedroom!) , but i can assure you that i'm not putting on any accent! unfortunately for your ears its all me i'm afraid, i'm very very cumbrian! We can only hope to improve, we're refining our technique and sound all the time, and i'd like to think we are a much 'livelier' live act than the record which does tend to compartmentalise our sound a bit. you may not be interested but we will be working on album 2 pretty soon, and if you would be willing could we send you a copy? which will either affirm your opinion on us or maybe try change your mind.
This was a hugely unprofessional review. You don,t like The Sun Explodes, your opinion and one to which you are entitled, but to dismiss hours and hours of hard work in such a trite way is disrespectful to say the least. Comparing them to Muse just because both vocalists can hit high notes is lazy and unecessary. The high notes aren,t painful as you suggest, it,s called vocal range. If you take it upon yourself to review an album, at least do it in an insightful and professional manner.
Thank you.
I find the bad reviews that some of my 'projects' get to be much more fun to read. Then again most the stuff I create is very average..5 out of 10 kind of stuff.

Thanks for replying Dave, I am happy to take a listen to anything anyone sends in and as you can see we are honest about what we think. I'd be glad to listen to album number two, in fact I'd welcome it.

Apologies if my reviewing style isn't up to your standards, however submitting something for review anywhere leaves it open to interpretation, good or bad, so I'd say that's fair. I know this review is rather brutal, but as you say, it is just my opinion.
We welcome your submitted reviews too, so if you don't agree, have your say. I'm also happy to pass on the release to another reviewer for a second opinion, as we have done before, I can't say fairer than that.
The bad review we got from a French blog site just talked about the shirts we we're wearing in our press photo and said we want to be the Black Keys due to their recent mainstream success, even though at least 3 of the songs on the album were written in 2006, but it made me giggle

Go shirtless for the next shoot. Also include a RAP song.
