   • yesterday was a long, difficult day of work, starting off with an early train journey to Leeds, with a hangover - so I had an eggy bread with bacon sandwich, with tomato sauce!

      On Friday me and the missus had ciabattas with cheese, gherkins and heaps of pastrami, dollops of mayo and mustard. My god, a taste sensation.

      Today - Spicy pepperoni and cheese.
      Tomorrow - Chicken tikka, iceberg lettuce and light mayo.
