I started "Are You Dave Gorman?" on Monday and just finished it, I love the fact I can read on the train with this job, ace.
yeah, i once had a job that was a forty minute bus ride away, i read so much that year!
keep picking stuff up and not finishing it at the moment, about half way through "a tale etched in blood and hard black pencil" by christopher brookmyre. tis quite good but not as gripping as "a big boy did it and ran away".
Ploughing through making Money by Terry Pratchett but keep getting sidelined by Classic Rock magazine. Don't get to read too much with a baby in the house demanding attention.
loadsa tattoo mags and the london compendium which is a guide book to our fair capital with all the boring bits about pizza hut and musicals removed and interesting stuff about the hellfire club, soho gangsters and murder put in.
it's more of a street by street history and it's FASCINATING.
Reading Tony Pollard's 'Minutes of The Lazarus Club' and it's pretty ace so far - it's like Jack the Ripper with Brunel, Babbage and Darwin and people in it. Victorian awesomeness.
