     Cheers. Got the plain sleeves from that place you suggested, glued them all together at home. Front logo is a contour cut, matt vinyl sticker from this place - www.diginate.com/ applied them all by hand. And the stickers on the back are basically office type sticky labels, printed through the laser printer at work. Proper DIY - heh heh. Worked out waaaaaaaaaay cheaper than doing it any other way.
