    • Eggy there is some truth in what your saying but it is all a bit jumbled and confusing to me why you are saying it.
I'm aware of the new think 25 policy thanks , I use it everyday. I'm aware there are fines for serving underage drinkers.
      There always have been.
The main difference nowadays is that not just the license holder gets a fine but also the till operator.
They are bigger fines now , yes. They'd have to be , its called inflation.
You can also lose your license to sell alcohol but , again , this is not a new policy.
I'm not disputing what you've said I'm just wondering why you said it.
Without wanting to sound rude ' tell us something we DON'T know ' .

    • I think Stocky should start a petition to save live music.

    • I don't think Stocky needs anybody else's help , he IS live music.
Sorry Eggy , I probably could have worded it better , I didn't mean that at all.

Cheers, had a proper wank week, until today, getting well pissed off with folk.

Just meaning that although the rules regarding under age drinkers have always in place there's much more determination from the powers that be to stop it thesedays, when i was in my teens IDing happened very rarely, nowadays there's much more of it happening by pubs and clubs and many more processes inplace like the segregation to stop kiddies from even so much as sniffing booze.

If kids are that determined to get drunk though why pay £10-15 to get into a gig to do it surely it's much easier just to do it at home or in the nearest bus shelter, if they want to drink they'll find some way to do it.

Download festival this weekend - that's not over 18's only is it, and there's gonna be people drinking booze all over the site with no segregation, what's the difference.

    • I'm 25 in a couple of months, but I still barely look 21. Every time I get a little bit older, new legislation appears to keep me getting ID'd until I'm 40! My girlfriend's 30 and she couldn't believe it when I first got ID'd in front of her, haha.

    • I'll sign it. Whatever the arguments about under-age people at gigs, the separation sucks - at the last Clutch gig I watched Taint from miles back at the bar. The fact it's just Corp is shit.

    • I saw Def Leppard on Sunday, reminded me of Stockies rant haha
