I'm providing vocals for a studio project rock n roll band called GROAN! that's right GROAN!
The 2nd track called NEW IDEA on myspazz will now be called SLEEPING WIZARD... i have written these lyrics
Sleeping Wizard
Deep down in the forest
Where the wizard sleeps
The people they all gather
Many of them weep
Rise sleeping Wizard
In our time of need
Rise sleeping Wizard
Fulfil the prophecy
The devil he is waking
Formed by man's own hand
The world it is imploding
Lead us to the promised land
Rise sleeping Wizard
In our time of need
Rise sleeping Wizard
Fulfil the prophecy
Rise sleeping Wizard
In our time of need
Rise sleeping Wizard
Fulfil the prophecy
Human greed will kill us all, consumer lust will be our fall.
Mundane existence, apathy believing what's on the TV.
(solo)
Deep down in the forest
Where the wizard sleeps
The people they all gather
Many of them weep
The devil he is waking
Formed by man's own hand
The world it is imploding
Lead us to the promised land
I was hoping that he had a crappy Casio keyboard with a poor Church Organ or Harpsichord setting.
Actually Will….I may need your help. I need to record the vocals at the this end..FIRE UP THE FOUR TRACK! You can coach me into giving a middle C performance.

I got an e-mail from a chap in St Helens last Monday asking if I would write some lyrics and sing over some riffs. The riffs arrived and they were very tasty. I downloaded that Audacity software and tried to record some vocals..I got some rough sounding vocals down and he polished the turd for me by masking them with righteous effects.
He has 7 songs written so once I have finished the vocals and bass has been added then the plan is to run off some cds and sell it to people that like Wizards.
Was there something about wearing two shirts in the lyrics?
Yeah..It was a cold morning when Charles I had his head cut off and I believe he did not want to appear as though he was shivering through fear so he wore two shirts.
