      I saw a picture of them in the paper this am they're looking like american rock stars apart from the drummer who still looks like a chav. I like that... he's a bloody good drummer... fact!


      he is bloody good. he does all the backups too. i'm usually not one for nme indie hype, but i think the arctic monkeys are well justified. cracking tunes.

      They're OK, not the worst band around but they're not worth all the attention they're getting.

    • New single Crying Lightning actually sounds like QOTSA, good lyrics too, before, the lyrics were just about going out in Sheffield and Barnsley.

      Apparently they have Barnsley accents cos they are from High Green, its like Rolo Tomassi, they are actually from a Barnsley village called Thurgoland, not Sheffield, just the next big city init.
