Those special days at the end of the week where we like to let our hair down...

    • Rob Himself says:
I'd quite like to hear that new Tangaroa.

Tonight: make sure car is fixed, big shop, takeaway or something with missus and her mate who's down for the duration.

Saturday: work, do something, out for dinner

Sunday: lie in and be very lazy indeed

Its amazing Rich our boy robert Hobson done it... I heard it and see the wav files... Gonna try get the album he did with me out by April... its ambitious cause of the other one coming out in Feb and the other one out maybe late december or Early Jan.

Note to self slow down with your writers Diaharea.

    • Bloody hell, work is so slow today. Can't wait for 5. At which point I'll still have nothing to do, but whatever.

Tomorrow: Check out the German market, go get a haircut so I look like my avatar, get lost in Sheffield, go to gig.

Sunday: No plans. Saturday had plans, that's not bad for me.

    • i heard new tangaroa track on their spazz. it's called "do you hear that wolf" and it is one of the most ridiculous things i've heard in my life. it's seven minutes long and the drum pattern at the end (and throughout but mainly the one at the end) is just plain fucking stupid incredible.

    • Tonight - quiet night in.

Tomorrow - Meal at Akbars - curry extraordinaire for gf's birthday, missing 9Hz gig, fucksticks!:(

Sunday: most likely bit of a hangover, relax. Plenty of TV, films to watch

    • I went to a pub at Foolow for dinner today, i still don't feel hungry even though i had dinner at 1pm.

I had two sugar free polo's earlier too, then i got the shits (just realised i've just listened to a track called that :O) .

Also, earlier while watching the weakest link i thought i wonder if ann would mention my upside down head if i went on, and very soon afterwards that was one of the questions. :O:O

      Wonder what'll be next.

    • Far was nostalgic last night, but not much more than that. The fan boy worshipping that was going on was all a bit weird.

Off to the races in a minute. Should be a good day out.

    • Phew, we're not out the FA cup yet. Doesn't look good though, Droylesden were by far the better side from what i saw, and i could only see half the pitch.

I see we weren't on our only though even that "small town in nottingham", Eastwood Town beat a league team

    • I'm rough today, hungover and feel like someone has taken a footpump to my stomach. I'm also very tired, must have had about 12 hours sleep and could sleep for 12 more. Work in about 2 hours though :(

Glad that bottle of wine i bought last night tasted awful as i didn't need any more booze. Wanted something to drink but didn't know what to buy, picking a random bottle of wine off the shelf isn't the best approach.

    • ...in fact it's hangovers like this one that tempt me to drink a lot less, i don't think my body's cut out for heavy drinking. I could do with losing the beer gut too.

    • I don't think our dining room table is cut out for your heavy drinking.

Yesterday I had the worst hangover ever. It didn't leave until about 9pm. It was pure pain.

    • I felt like a was on the verge of a heartattack, not keen on being hungover on a sunday and then working sunday night, something i've not had to do for many years.

Had a nice long sleep today and then i did some exercise when i woke up, exercise bike and sit up's may save me. I feel older than 31 at the moment, and this sciatica isn't helping matters either.

    • sciatica is nasty, i suffered very badly from it when after i tweaked something, had to get physio to sort it out and take a load of painkillers. It does go away though but occasionally rears its head again. Worst point i was using a stick to walk with lol

    • I'm managing without any tablets, it's mainly when i bend to pick something up that it's worst, which is part of my job, it was a bit better last night actually. It hurts more in my lower leg this week. I had it once before a couple of years back, went off after a couple of weeks i'm hoping for the same this time, although this is the 3rd week so i'm hoping it'll go away quite soon.
