     Shopping Mall (Dawn of the Dead) - ace
     plus Return of the Living Dead - hilariously ace
     
     What others are there, really? They are all remakes of each other (ROTLD2 is the practically the same as the first one if I remember) and in a weird way that is their (limited) charm.
     
     I still think 28 Days Later is a load of shite though, fuelled by cool-Britannia rose tinted glasses (and again, only a remake of, in order, the Romero trilogy anyway even if you like it)...

   • i like very few zombie films, aside from the romero trilogy and return of the living dead. zombies are too limited in the scope of what they can do.
     
     i seem to remember brain dead being good but i was very very stoned when i watched it so maybe it isn't.
     
     i like vampires much better but i can't think of many vampire films that do them justice.
