   • Last season it was £10 i think, which was average for Conf North. Looks like theyve kept it a tenner for this season after dropping two leagues, which is pretty harsh but they need the cash! (Weve dropped it by 2 quid to £8 btw)

   • My dad was telling me that Boston have put some tickets down to a fiver now. It's a sorry saga, really... the club was stung by repeated failures to be elected to league when they were really good in the 70s, and so built a stadium far beyond their means or needs. And subsequently forgot about the necessity to be good at football for almost 30 years.
     Then, they got the football side back, and the massive financial mismanagement required to maintain the ground caught up with them. Epic fail.
     Even having Mel Sterland go out safebreaking when he was in charge couldn't help.

   • One reason why Boston were demoted so many levels is that the conference do not allow teams in who are in administration, hence why luton have been deducted 30 points - it's better than them being kicked out of the league as they'd be demoted to a level lower than the conference which would be total disaster.
     
     We signed a keeper yesterday, ex man utd & Macclesfield, Tommy Lee (not to be confused with the drummer). He was on loan at Rochdale last season and played in the play off final.

     My mate Wayne used to play for Mansfield. He scored against Luton once n'all!

      Ah, corden was the first player who came into my mind. My old school mate, Neil Ashley, has just signed for stocksbridge park steels after being released by Lincoln United. He used to be at forest in his youth, but didn't make the grade. He then went to Leicester, Bristol City before finally dropping into non league. He was about 3 years below me at school, but was better than everyone else, he used to run rings around me but then i was utterly wank.
