     Dara (aka Arad) and Ian (aka Eomac) are the brains behind the slugged out, bass heavy electronic outfit ‘Lakker'. They paint intricate sonic tapestries ranging from haunting Arctic soundscapes to bass driven warehouse weight, heavily inspired by the chopped up, processed sounds of the 90s.

A hint of 50s cool jazz, a truckload of noise and melodies, tiny references to Twin Peaks' series soundtrack and some ghostly and deep tone voices: The Dale Cooper Quartet pushes the genre Dark Jazz towards other spaces.

     Classically trained on violin and piano, her interests lies in other sounds these instruments could make when treating them as sources for melodic or percussive material. She is creating delicate textures, rhythmic intricacy and achingly beautiful melodies enriched by field recordings and electronic elements.
