   • We are pleased to announce North Easterners Bong to play on the Severn Churches Stage at Desertfest!
     
     With a plethora of releases under their belts, Bong play slow moving eastern tinged drone, with heavy Hawkwind influences.
     
     Recent album Mana-Yood-Sushay based on Lord Dunsany’s “Gods Of Pagana” pushed the boundaries further. Their hypnotic live experience is like no other, transferring you back to the great age of 60′s/70′s improvisation with added Shahi Baaja an electrified Indian Zither/ drone harp with typewriter keys! A fitting end to an eclectic day at the Black Heart.
