   • I've my first review of the year up on Sleeping Shaman for Liverpudlian stoner-thrashers The Bendal Interlude's latest EP.
     
     It includes metaphors about sexual domination and soup, if that kinda thing tickles your pickle...

     I was pretty impressed by this EP. I missed them when they played Worcester but heard they were rather great live.

     This was definitely a grower of a record, but has some brilliant riffs and great interchanges between metal and stoner rock. Would be good to see them live at some point.
