   • So recruiting now Hands as Weapons a Man's Rock band Influence Lifting weights, fighting on rope bridges and Manowar.
     Band practise will consist of weight training in Alps, Man on Man combat.
     
     This will feature ex members of emo tear mongers Bears in winter jackets.
