be wary though, you still get charged VAT on any goods over £18. It's just the extra duty they are waiving - and on CDs and Vinyl that duty is generally around 3-4% (if I remember rightly) - Instead of an extra 20.5% on top of the actual cost, it will only be 17.5% if you get caught - not quite as attractive it seems.
In addition to this - of course there is that extortion-tax-rape that is the 'ParcelForce Clearance Fee' that they bung on the top for the pleasure of charging the VAT fee. And those pricks charge you VAT on the postage as well!!
You are better to remain cautious and try and avoid ANY customs involvement on imports still IMO.
