TANGAROA
(review by Edinburgh Metal Scene)
Formed in Leeds in 1998, the band developed a strong live reputation amongst the underground extreme metal scene, becoming known for jaw dropping musicianship and a somewhat oppressive audio assault on the senses. This was further enhanced by two self-released mini CDs; 2001's 'Ever Fucked A Black Metal Whore?' and 2002's self-titled 'Tangaroa' EP.
After a short break Tangaroa return, building on their previous efforts and taking everything ten steps further. With the release of the new 'Day' EP we see their most accomplished and impressive work to date, carving out their own true sound with a chaotic barrage of musical mathematics and debilitating dissonance.
"The off-kilter nature and downright maliciousness of the weird rhythms make Day as enticing as it is confusing... a warped musical head-fuck that's certainly metal but quite unlike any you've heard before"

EVISORAX
(review by Metal Reviews)
Well, this is a pleasant surprise! An English Death Metal band that are far from the sheeplike dirge of the Deathcore masses and instead seek only to create as noisy and brutal a racket as they can! OK, so there are similarities; Evisorax have that Suffocation-on-crack sound at their base, but once you've heard the technical depths of Enclave the differences are clear. These three Wigan lads clearly love the Death Metal sound at its harshest, and after a few demos and now this EP are clearly ready to go for the big time and release an album chock-full of Jazzed-up and spazzed-out riffs, blasting drums and breakdowns that will dislocate the limbs of any moshing MySpacer foolish enough to try hardcore dancing to it.

SOLITARY MASS
Solitary Mass have been stomping round for a little while now and have some solid live experience under their belt.
There debut EP 'Solitary Mass' contains six tracks of apocalyptic metal covering a wide range of styles and influences.
It features songs written and refined over many years before finally seeing the light of day through Solitary Mass.

WHITE BOYS FOR GAY JESUS
(review by Rock Sound Magazine)
"Calling your myspace page rapejazz and constantly changing your monkier isn't the stuff corporate dreams are made of. By the time you read this the White Boys will have doubtless transformed into something equally amusing (and in some circles probably offensive). But, hey, these northern tykes know how to entertain in a brutally crazy fashion; for fans of all things leftfield, noisey and, of course, humourous! They will eventually become your favourite band and there is nothing you can do about it!"
