   • Back from a week in Morzine up in the French alps riding my mountain bike. Pretty awesome time, amazing riding, good weather, saw a crazy Red Bull event with jumps on top of ski chalets. Accidentally ate pigs colon sausages in a caserole, smell awful! Our mate Bob was to blame for making that horrible creation. I fell off going about 25mph, over the bars, cracked my helmet and bruised my kidneys which hurts rather a lot. Made up for by pulling a chalet girl
