   • not read this thread until now, think i timed it to perfection, just when it's got most interesting.
     
     Was speaking to my grans next door neightbour yesterday, my mum said i bet she isn't looking forward to who'll be buying my grans house, she said she was rather hoping i was going to buy it. Tbh it's not a bad house, needs a fair bit of modernising, only has central heating downstairs for starters, but has 3 bedrooms and decent sized garden, it's in a smallish town but it's in a quiet part despite being only a couple of minutes walk from town centre. I had thought about it previously but not in any great depth due to costs etc.
