i like the shake, its no cricketers but its still a good 'un
hows Clive doing Pete? i hear he made a mess of your monkey, i didnt realise everyone was going down yours, thought it was just going to be a couple of bods
I'm looking forward to the next big ninehertz Sheffield out I can make. Had to go because Anna was starting to fall asleep during BOTS! which i thought was good going because I couldn't hear them they were that loud.
It was a quality gig, I'm really liking the venue too.
Thanks to Sonic Lord for lendage of bass gear, HUGE help given the gear problems. We are in your debt. Also major thankage to the Shakespeare for being so cool with us (and free!), everyone from these forums who turned out, the bands for being so kickass (and punctual!), Bastard of the Skies especially for joining us on our loosely-strung-together Northern jaunt and being the soundest set of chaps as well as an awesome band, Steve for organising the whole thing and our friends for helping with the door, lifting gear and just giving support. This was a great gig, Steve will probably be organising more in future and I'll be happy to be involved.
Next one I'm doing (possibly in connection with 9hz, hasn't been confirmed yet) is on November 1st at Red House this time. I'm doing a poster, then I'll be revealing the line up. It's a real monster too!
