   • Decided I can't be arsed with BigElf, as I was only really bothered about seeing Priestess anyway.
     
     Apparently Mastodon aren't playing for very long on this tour, according to my Manc mates. Bet it's still good though.
     
     Plus Brent Hinds has a double-necked guitar.

   • Was going to see the footy at Crewe tonight, but due to the weather they've put the game back 24 hours, so got myself a ticket to see Mastodon at rock city tonight, the downside is there's going to be snow between 6pm and midnight, so i'll probably be in a ditch somewhere between here and nottingham listening to Mastodon in my car.

   • I think they'll only be doing Crack The Skye plus some extras. Saw them at Hellfest last year, really good, but pretty intense in a dusty field in 30c conditions.
     
     I'm expecting Bigelf to either be a big overhyped let down or huge proggy bukkake!
     Is the album any good? Tracks i've heard were pretty impressive.
