     We're looking for someone to move in and share our practice room with us asap. The cost will be £130pcm + quarterly electricity bill.
     
     - Located between London Road and Bramall Lane football ground
     - Very secure premises - locking metal shutters at front, then two further double-locked doors
     - Room is approx 14m x 8m
     - PA system
     - Flexible practice time arrangements - it would be just ourselves and you using the room.
     - 24/7 storage of equipment
     - Private toilet and sink; kettle
