    • That CD isn't a fair representation of us any more I don't think, but glad you enjoyed our set, we'll have to see you here again soon yeah?

    • hell yeah!

it was great to return my old stomping ground from 11 years ago. i'd forgotten what a friendly place sheffield was. more gigs like last monday would definitely be a good idea :D best audience we've never met before by a country mile!!!

    • Cool, we'll have to try and get to Leeds together at some point soon, we're also on about doing alot of small weekenders this year, maybe we can do a thursday-saturday thing with you guys? Head to 3 new places for both bands?

sounds ideal! not sure if our drummer has any holiday time left from work to take off until the new year but there's always a drum machine if he can't make it ;) you only have to punch the rhythm in once with one of them blah blah blah... i'll speak to him about it anyway. also our singer is away in the states to visit family and tattoo/get tattooed for a month in a couple of weeks (he's missing my 30th the bugger - ha ha!) so maybe it would be best to get our heads together and plan for new year. i'm sure we can sort something out soon anyway :D

our next gig is this coming saturday in blackpool at west coast rock and possibly our l;ast for the year. this should actually be mint as also playing are barbarians (power electronics, scrap metal merchants and contact mic aural violence), mrs cakehead (dancehall and reggae from bacup -completely bonkers!) and heffalump trap (space rock drone improv from our beloved hometown featuring members of the legendary ceramic hobs and smell & quim), ...yep blackpool is random as owt!

    • Hey it'd be next year anyway, we're winding down until the album comes out, from Feb however, lots of shows!

      that's perfect then :D

by next year we should have a couple more new songs, a stronger set culling more tracks from the album and kevin should actually be onstage with us full time - ha ha! no doubt we'll have some fresh recordings too and it's all systems go for us... here's to 2009 being the year of post-doom or what the hell you call it...
