    • ChrisSDChrisSD
    • Aye, with PR agencies and distributors the release process takes a lot longer than most think due all the lead times these peeps need.

Any chance of some kind of pre-order like TDON or IATDE do before the "official" release?
    • ChrisSDChrisSD
    • I normally do that anyway. Like Ehnahre is a pre-order at the moment.

I will do this, but I don't want a replay of Chickenhawk's lengthy pre-order period. The best I could do would be to start it during December which isn't the best month to do it, as I'll want to cool off during Xmas/New Year. Me and the band are probably going to talk in depth about it very soon.

    • can't believe no one's mentioned:

HARVEY MILK - life... the best game in town
PISSED JEANS - hope for men
      XASTHUR - DEFECTIVE EPITAPH
ARMY OF FLYING ROBOTS - life is cheap
NEUROSIS - given to the rising (or was that last year)

there's really been a fair few this year but in my weed addled mind i can't think of them all. heard good things about the TORCHE album but still need to get hold of a copy...

Yeah, Torche may be in there for me. Top ones for definite so far are:

      Black Mountain: In The Future
      Howlin' Rain: Magnificent Fiend
      Witch: Paralyzed

      Contenders include:

      The Raconteurs
      Brant Bjork
      My Morning Jacket
      Grand Magus
      Deadbird
      The Music

...and if The Exit put out their third album this year as promised i'm sure that'll be straight in to my top 5.

      The Hellacopters - Head Off

...is making a good arguement for inclusion on my list. :O :D
