    • Anyone going to the London gig on Sunday?

I really want to, but Sunday's are a real pain for getting to London.

    • I'm going. As is Tony, who was at TFs/Bitchwax (other mustachioed gent). DO IT!!
    • mambamamba
    • I might drive up. It's probably the sensible option even if it means a beer free night.

    • is wyndorf still fat?

      he really let himself go

    • He was in the summer. I was watching youtube videos the other day. I find it highly amusing.

That's one to tell the grandkids!!

      And yes, fat.

      Dead fat.

      Fatty fat fat Wyndo.

    • let that be a lesson to anyone who wants to stop taking drugs!

I'll probably spend half the set in nottingham looking at his chubby fingers playing guitar.

Just need to work out whether to drive saturday or to AiC, me and my mate are taking it in turns, he's one of those people who goes on about how he hates having to drive - and no doubt he'll use saturday night as an excuse, and the next about how awesome his new car is, now he's a fully fledged 31 year old boy racer who can't do under 60mph i don't see his problem - my problem is being the passenger whilst doing 80mph on the wrong side of the road. I also know that within 5 seconds of the gig finishing he'll be back on the road, why the rush??

Can't help but thinking whoever doesn't drive for AiC is going to spend hafl the night queuing at the bar though. Decisions...

Fat he is, but the voice is still strong as ever! Do they still have topless chicks cavorting round Mr Wyndorf though? That'd be a little weird...

    • I enjoyed that a lot. Both bands were pretty awesome.

Yeah, the people i went with enjoyed KtB which is a bonus as they don't normally like bands they don't already know. I might have to buy one of their albums in due course.

Been a very entertaining weekend what with AIC last night as well.

    • Lions - Would've sounded good if they weren't opening and someone tuned the amps.

K2B - Fucking wicked! Loved every riff, and they were well into it as a band too!

Monster Magnet - Were good, but I was slightly disappointed by the lack of pace in the set. 'Crop Circle' and 'Tractor' sounded brilliant, but it was too much psych for me, when cheese and riffs were demanded. Wyndorf didn't sound/look great either IMO. Was glad I went, but expected a bit more passion for my £20.

    • my mate mentioned sunday about Dave looking like an old rockstar now, but then MM have been together 20 years, and he's had his fair share of drugs etc, and now pies.
    • mambamamba
    • I was slightly disappointed he wasn't a bit fatter! I think he's lost a bit of weight since the first photos emerged.
    • EggyEggy
    • I expected him to be fatter too, i guess he's overcome the initial need to eat more (pies) stage of laying off drugs etc
    • pull-my-plonkerpull-my-plonker
    • He's damn fat.

But he's still got a few more pie wagons to tip over to beat Chino Moreno.
    • JackJack
    • haha yeah Chino used to be skinny once then just ballooned
